Who is responsible
The data controller is TLS Consulting, Pontou 46, 115 27 Ampelokipoi, Athens, Greece. For any question about your data, write to info@tls-consulting.gr.
What data we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
- When you visit the site: the hosting server records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in its logs, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not collect any other data, and we do not use any analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it
We use the data from the contact form only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and at most three years after our last exchange, unless a contract follows. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.
Who receives it
Your messages are read only by the TLS Consulting team. Our website host, Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union), stores the website, and our email provider, Gandi SAS (France, European Union), sends and stores the emails on our behalf. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and videos
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any tracking.
The videos on the home page come from YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video is played from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@tls-consulting.gr.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr.
